Column Tower has installed functional, secured and advanced systems and facilities to serve the need of our tenants. These systems and facilities may also be customerized to satisfy your specific requirements.

The access and lobby for Office Zone (Ratchadapisek Road) are separated from the access and lobby of Serviced Apartments (Sukhumvit Soi 16).

In addition, Office Tenants may use 11 secured passenger lifts to access their floors while Tenants of Serviced Apartment may use their 3 secured passenger lifts to access their apartments.

Parking

Over 1,200 parking lots are available for tenants and visitors. The 10-storey parking building with secured parking management system is located right next to the main building.

- Executive and Short-term parking spaces are available.

- Motorcycle spaces also available.

- Parking facility is managed by Asiapark.

Lifts

There are totally 19 passenger and service lifts (by Schindler) installed in the main building and parking building.

Safety and Security

Fire Preventive and Protection System

Effective fire preventive and protection equipment including smoke detectors, sprinklers, fire alarms, fire extinguishers have been installed in the building.

The pressurized fire staircases facilitate safe evacuation in case of fire

Security System

Experienced security officers on duty all times (24 hours, 7 days) supported with closed circuit televisions. (CCTV)

Back-up Electricity Power Supply

Automatic emergency power generator in case of power blackout.
