Rates and Lease Term

Rental Rate

Baht 650.00 per sq.m per month (30% Space Rental, 50% Facilities Rental, 20% Service Fee) including property/household tax, excluding VAT

Lease Term

3 years with an option to renew

Deposit

One (1) month of gross rental upon signing of Offer Letter covering key terms plus
Two (2) additional months of gross rental upon signing of Lease and Services Agreements
Totally three (3) months at all time during Lease Term
